When visiting a natural area, whether on public OR private land, it is essential to follow a few basic guidelines in order to sustain for tomorrow the beauty that brings us there today
  • Clean shoes and pets before and after visiting to avoid transporting weed seeds
  • Ask for permission before entering private land
  • Stay on trails!
  • Pack everything out; being extra careful to remove all trash and food items
  • Do not feed wildlife and birds
  • Seed and wildflowers should be left for other visitors and future generations to enjoy
